This time using Charro Triple Sec instead of Gran Gala, and less olive juice.
1 oz 1800 Silver
1 oz Charro Triple Sec
1 oz Pompeii Lime Juice
1/2 tsp olive juice
2 tsp simple syrup
Shake with ice and pour with strainer in martini glass with two olives.
Definitely sweeter.
