Louisiana Longhorn Cafe
Midori Margarita
Basic Tequila, Midori Melon Liqueur, Gran Gala, lime juice and sweet & sour. Too much melon. It looks like it could glow in the dark. Tequila is not very discernible. Too sweet on the sweet & sour. 5/10

1 oz Pompeii Lime Juice
1/2 tsp olive juice
2 tsp simple syrup
Shake with ice and pour with strainer in martini glass with two olives.
Definitely sweeter.

Specs was out of Don Julio and Tres Generaciones, (Really?). The next best thing was 1800 Silver. So, 1 oz. Pompeii lime juice, 1 oz. 1800 Silver, 1 1/8 oz. Charro Triple Sec, blended with ice, than add a shot of Gran Gala, stir and enjoy. 8/10
