So we go to this place I didn't even know existed. The menu for the Mexican Martini states that there is a limit of two per person. The waitress claims because they are so strong. It's Happy Hour and they are normally $10. Happy Hour price $7.50. Waitress said its got Jimador Tequila with agave and fresh lime  and orange juice. Seems like too much sweet and sour and not enough Tequila. The good thing though is that the shaker is relatively large . I filled my martini glass 7 times,( it was kind of small though) Overall it is a 5 of 10

Outback Steakhouse

Sauza Gold Coast "Rita", obviously Gold Sauza, not enough triple sec, and too much sweet in the sweet and sour. Good price though $4.25. Overall a 4 of 10

SaltGrass Steakhouse

Don Juan Margarita has Don Julio tequila, claim of fresh lime juice with agave nectar and topped off with Grand Marnier. Sweet and Sour mix is a little too sour and could use little more orange liqueur. Without the Premium Don Julio Tequila this would have been a 4 but it qualifies as a 5 of 10. It costs almost $11, that doesn't help.

Jimmy Changas

Tres Generaciones Reposado, st. Germain elderflower liqueur and fresh lime juice. I really don't think the lime juice was fresh, if so the limes were not that good. Also could have used more orange. 4 out of 10.

Perfect Patron Margarita at Jimmy Changas with Patron silver and Patron Citronge Liqueur for $8.98. Simple enough. Not enough orange and sweet sour mix was really off. 3 out of 10

Iguanas Ranas Cantina

Texas City restaurant, which means lizards and iguanas. Patron margarita plain and simple. Could use a lot more orange liqueaur and definitely more Patron for the $8.50 price. Nothing special, it qualifies as a margarita but needs a lot of work. 3 out of 10

BJ's TOP SHELF MARGARITA - Cazadores Reposado Tequila Cointreau Orange Liqueur Grand Marnier Fresh Lime Fresh Orange. Nothing much to say about this particular one here in Friendswood except that I it barely tastes like a margarita and more like a lime fruit juice. 2 of 10
